Tumble and Rec Cheer Forms:

Registration for tumble and/or rec cheer classes may be accomplished by either printing and filling out the registration form (select below) -  and bring to the first night of class   - or -  by completing the online registration below. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of receipt of form. Payment in full must be presented at the first class.
